Arrive at the hall half an hour before the meeting and set up the computer and the camera for streaming.
Check the song list against Planning Centre, and scroll through the songs to check for any obvious mistakes.
Check the correct slides are included for the announcements listed on Planning Centre.
Set the intro slide carousel on.
Streaming needs to be done through a telephone hotspot. Make sure your phone is charged and has data. If not, find a phone that does 🙂
During the meeting
When someone is speaking there should be no text showing, and definitely no slides rotating. Show a plain colourful background or the Jesus is the Way, Truth and Life slide.
When there is no one singing, remove the lyrics and leave the colourful background on.
If there is a problem with the streaming, let Wojtek know, even if he is in the middle of preaching.
