HALL SETUP
- Come to church at 10 am and put out 100 chairs if they’re not put out already.
- Check during the Sunday service if people need more chairs. Bring more chairs out if needed.
- Check the temperature of the venue. If it’s too hot make it cooler, and if it’s too cold make it warmer
- Sometimes people from Tea and Coffee come late. If you have completed your duties, help them with setting up.
